Priority Risk Ltd have extensive experience of fire risk assessing a wide range of buildings from “houses of multiple occupancy” (HMO) to complex industrial buildings with high risk activities ongoing or large office blocks with hundreds of persons working within. All of our risk assessments are conducted to PAS 79 and fully satisfy the requirements of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The fire risk assessment will not only identify areas for improvement but will also provide a drawing of the site which will identify the compartmentalisation required within the building giving a user friendly explanation of where the issues are on the site as well as providing visual reference for the ongoing management of fire safety hardware such as signage and extinguishers.
